How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-12 business days. All orders include free shipping.
How do I track my order? You can track your order here: Order Tracker. Tracking numbers are generated within 1-3 business days but may not show movement for 3-5 days after that — this is completely normal.
Do you ship internationally? We currently only ship within the United States. We're hoping to expand in the future!
Are batteries included? No, you'll need 2 standard AA batteries. It's a shipping safety regulation for battery-operated toys.
How long do the batteries last? About 2-3 weeks with daily use (1-2 hours per day).
What surface do they work on? Any smooth flat surface — hardwood floors, tiles, tabletops. They may struggle on thick carpet.
Are they loud? No, they're designed to be very quiet — just a soft gentle hum.
Can I wash my Wobble Friend? You can wipe it with a damp cloth but please don't submerge it in water as it would damage the motor.
Are they safe for toddlers? Yes! Designed for ages 2+ with non-toxic BPA-free materials and no small detachable parts.
Can I return my order? All products are sold at special reduced prices and all sales are final. For the safety and hygiene of children, we're unable to accept returns on children's toys once opened. If you have any issues, please contact us — we'll do our best to help.
Can I cancel my order? You have 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel. After that, the packaging process has started and we can no longer cancel. To cancel, email info@wobblefriends.com within the first 30 minutes.
What if my item arrives damaged? Don't worry — we've got you covered. Contact us at info@wobblefriends.com with a photo of the damage and we'll send you a replacement right away. You don't need to return the damaged item.
What if I received the wrong item? Please contact us at info@wobblefriends.com. We'll send the correct item right away or offer a refund — your choice. You don't need to return the wrong item.
My toy isn't working — what do I do? First, try replacing the batteries with fresh ones. If it's still not working, send us a photo or short video at info@wobblefriends.com and we'll get a replacement sent out to you.
My package says delivered but I didn't receive it. Please check around your door, side entrances, or with neighbors — sometimes packages end up in unexpected spots. If you still can't find it after a day or two, contact us and we'll help.
Do you offer exchanges? We don't offer direct exchanges, but contact us at info@wobblefriends.com and we'll help you find the best solution.
