Return Policy
All products on Wobble Friends are offered at special reduced prices. As such, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on sale items.
Additionally, for the health and safety of children, we are unable to accept returns on toys that have been opened or handled.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, don't worry — we've got you covered. Contact us at info@wobblefriends.com and we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please include a photo of the damaged item so we can resolve your case as quickly as possible.
Wrong Item Received
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at info@wobblefriends.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Cancel Your Order
You have 30 minutes to cancel your order after placing it. After this period, we can no longer cancel the order. To cancel, send an email to info@wobblefriends.com within the first 30 minutes.
